Who we are
We're the Booked AV team. We build and operate this platform for the three sides of live-event labor: clients who need crew, freelance AV technicians who want work, and AV labor companies that supply crews at scale. Our focus is the marketplace itself — the posting, matching, communication, and hiring workflow that gets a show staffed.
Why the platform exists
Event labor is booked on short notice, in specific markets, for specific skill sets. Finding a qualified A2, LED tech, or rigger for a date in a particular county usually means working a personal phone list or paying a broker to work theirs. Booked AV puts that process in one place: a client posts a gig with the real details — date, location down to the state and county, role, rate, and logistics — and technicians in that market can see it and apply directly.

Our industry focus
Everything on Booked AV is shaped around live-event production work: corporate conferences and general sessions, trade shows and conventions, concerts and festivals, galas, houses of worship, hotel and convention center ballrooms, broadcast and streaming, and touring. The roles we staff are the ones production teams actually call for — audio engineers and A2s, video engineers and camera operators, LED and projection techs, lighting techs and programmers, riggers, and general AV labor for load-in and strike.
